1. Order Processing

  • Orders are processed Monday–Thursday, excluding holidays.
  • Processing time is typically 3–5 business days before shipping.
  • Custom orders, wig units, or special lengths may require additional processing time (up to 7–10 business days).

2. Shipping

  • We ship to the address provided at checkout — please double-check your information before submitting.
  • Once shipped, you will receive an email confirmation with your tracking number.
  • Estimated delivery time: 2-3 business days after processing (domestic orders).
  • We are not responsible for delays caused by carriers, weather conditions, or incorrect addresses.

3. International Shipping

  • International delivery times vary by destination.
  • Customs fees, import duties, and taxes are the customer’s responsibility.

4. Lost or Stolen Packages

  • Once your package is marked as “Delivered” by the carrier, 5One Hair & Company is not responsible for lost or stolen packages.
  • Please contact the carrier directly to file a claim if this occurs.

5. Returns/Refunds & Exchanges

Due to the sanitary nature of hair products, we accept returns up to 14 days of receiving your package. Hair and/or products must be unopened and/or unused in its original package for a full refund. Customer is responsible for return cost.

The only exception is if you receive a defective or incorrect item.

  • Defective items must be reported within 3 business days of delivery with photo or video proof.
  • If approved, we will provide instructions for a return and ship a replacement at no additional cost.

6. Order Changes & Cancellations

  • Once your order is placed, you have the right to withdraw or modify your order within 24 hours. Please text (843)624-2543.
