Shipping and Returns/Refund Policy
1. Order Processing
- Orders are processed Monday–Thursday, excluding holidays.
- Processing time is typically 3–5 business days before shipping.
- Custom orders, wig units, or special lengths may require additional processing time (up to 7–10 business days).
2. Shipping
- We ship to the address provided at checkout — please double-check your information before submitting.
- Once shipped, you will receive an email confirmation with your tracking number.
- Estimated delivery time: 2-3 business days after processing (domestic orders).
- We are not responsible for delays caused by carriers, weather conditions, or incorrect addresses.
3. International Shipping
- International delivery times vary by destination.
- Customs fees, import duties, and taxes are the customer’s responsibility.
4. Lost or Stolen Packages
- Once your package is marked as “Delivered” by the carrier, 5One Hair & Company is not responsible for lost or stolen packages.
- Please contact the carrier directly to file a claim if this occurs.
5. Returns/Refunds & Exchanges
Due to the sanitary nature of hair products, we accept returns up to 14 days of receiving your package. Hair and/or products must be unopened and/or unused in its original package for a full refund. Customer is responsible for return cost.

The only exception is if you receive a defective or incorrect item.
- Defective items must be reported within 3 business days of delivery with photo or video proof.
- If approved, we will provide instructions for a return and ship a replacement at no additional cost.
6. Order Changes & Cancellations
