- All hair extensions, wigs, and related products are sold as described on our website.
- Due to the nature of hair products, slight variations in color or texture may occur.
2. Orders & Payments
- Orders are processed upon receipt of full payment.
- We accept major credit cards, PayPal, and other listed payment methods at checkout.
- Orders cannot be canceled once processing has begun.
3. Returns & Exchanges
Due to the sanitary nature of hair products, we accept returns up to 14 days of receiving your package. Hair and/or products must be unopened and/or unused in its original package for a full refund. Customer is responsible for return cost.

The only exception is if you receive a defective or incorrect item.
- Defective items must be reported within 3 business days of delivery with photo or video proof.
- If approved, we will provide instructions for a return and ship a replacement at no additional cost.

- We are not responsible for damage caused by improper care, coloring, or heat styling.
- Care instructions are provided with your order for best results.
5. Intellectual Property
- All content, images, and branding on this website are the property of 5One Hair & Company and may not be used without permission.
6. Limitation of Liability
- 5One Hair & Company is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages related to the use of our products or website.
